  • PreHab Plus Standard Package - Get an in-home consultation before surgery and 1 follow-up Telehealth session after surgery. Package Price: $349 (savings of $50)

  • PreHab Plus Platinum Package - Get an in-home consultation before surgery, 3 in-home sessions and 2 Telehealth session after surgery. Package Price: $979 (savings of $184)

Optional Physical Therapy Services

Your first evaluation and training session is called the In-Home Therapy Evaluation/Treatment session. This session is untimed and generally takes 60 minutes.

In-Home P.T. Evaluation

Following your In-Home Evaluation, convenient In-Home Therapy Visits are available. These sessions consists of targeted and specific therapeutic exercise and manual treatment. Each session generally last 60 minutes.

$225 per session

In-Home Folllow-Up Visit

Telehealth Coaching is available. We review your progress towards your goals and to help guide you in the right direction. Sessions generally last 30 minutes. (only available following an In-Home Therapy Evaluation/Treatment).
